Vital Bridges is a non-profit organization based in Chicago that has been in the business of helping people embattled by the life-changing effects of HIV/AIDS for over twenty years. It operates by delivering high quality basic services to people afflicted by the debilitating effects of HIV/AIDS in five program sites in Chicago. Through counseling, case management, prevention-services, and education, Vital Bridges gives its clients the wherewithal to live fruitful and fulfilling lives.
